Despite the negative news and the doomesday sayers my heart still pounds when I walk by the capitol building. I think about the hard work that created the roads, parks, and communities of my home state.
What will I see,sounds I hear,and breezes I feel on my walk today?
Hey Uncle Joe! I was just here at the capitol building on Thursday meeting with the legislation to discuss the importance of maine's agriculture and aquaculture industries. I felt the same way as you! I couldn't help but put aside all my negative feelings towards the government and stand in awe at the amazing work that men and women through the years had accomplished in this building. Great post!
